How it works
From a description to a finished job.
Describe the problem.
You describe it in your own words. We ask whether it is heating or cooling, where the equipment is, when suits you, and a few safety questions.
Confirm your contact.
We check your phone or email before the request goes anywhere.
A qualified technician accepts.
Only technicians verified for the work see your request, and one chooses to take it.
You approve the price before work starts.
The technician confirms the job on site. Nothing starts until you approve the exact work and its price.
You pay after the work, never more than you approved.
You pay for the approved work once it is done, and never more than you approved.

Pricing

- It is never a final price before the visit. The technician confirms the job, and you approve the exact work and price before it starts.
- Fixed pricing rules set every number. AI only suggests which kind of job it is; it never sets a price.
For technicians
You handle the HVAC. AirLogic handles the rest.
- For independent, qualified operators. Your qualifications are verified, and you only see work you are qualified for.
- Before you accept, you see the scope, the timing, what is known about the equipment, the customer's photos and notes, and what the job pays.
Less paperwork
Photos, voice notes and a few taps become the record.
- Paid per job, under a payout rule you see before you propose the work.
